Groton MA

In November 2016, Omni completed the 16,000+/- SF medical office building at 120 Boston Road in Groton. This building houses two tenants; Pediatrics West and eventually one or more Emerson Hospital affiliates. The Architect for this project was Maugel Architects. Their dramatic use of glass and open common area can be seen in the photos below. Pinnacle Construction provided General Contracting services and completed the project on time and on budget. Omni is fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Pediatrics West and Emerson to provide them with outstanding facilities.

Littleton-02-FinalLittleton MA

Omni Properties and it’s affiliates have received updated permits to build 200 unit town home/garden style 40B as well as 24 single homes on 55+ acres of land on the Littleton/Acton border. In August 2014 the apartment project brought the affordable housing inventory for Littleton to 12.52% exceeding the required 10% for the town. More>


Village Green – Tewksbury, MA

The Village Green development demonstrates Omni’s philosophy of value investing, its vision, market knowledge, permitting expertise and financial acumen. In 2003, Omni purchased 30,000 square feet of office space and 4.5 acres of land with frontage on MA Route 38. Omni’s vision was a community oriented development taking advantage of the demographics, the traffic on MA Route 38 and the proximity to the town center and middle school. More>


The Learning Experience – Chelmsford, Danvers, Littleton, Billerica MA

In 2006, The Learning Experience®, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, was looking for developers to efficiently locate, acquire, permit and build “TLE” childcare centers. Omni became a preferred developer in the Metro Boston market for the TLE Franchise product. Omni, in conjunction with a Joint Venture partner, identifies sites, procures entitlements, negotiates the lease, manages construction contracts, arranges debt services and negotiates the ultimate sale of the properties. To date, Omni has completed four TLE Franchises: Chelmsford, Littleton, Danvers, and Billerica. More>


 

Devens, Massachusetts

Omni provided development, management and financing services for the construction of an 80,000 square foot facility in Devens, Massachusetts. Omni negotiated the acquisition of the land from MassDevelopment, assembled and oversaw the team of development professionals (architect, engineers, and general contractor), negotiated leases, and secured financing. The property is 100% leased to Magna Motion (Devens, MA) and the Patterson Companies (Minneapolis, MN).


Metro Credit Union – Tewksbury, Framingham, Lynn, Chelsea, Boston

In 2005, Metro entered into an agreement to purchase a pad site within Village Green for a new branch. Metro also retained Omni to arrange architectural design services and obtain building permits for the Tewksbury site. Based upon the relationship developed at Village Green, Metro subsequently engaged Omni to assist in executing expansion into additional locations. Metro retained Omni to locate, acquire, permit and develop branch locations in Framingham, Lynn, Chelsea, and Boston. More>


Avalon – Acton, MA

Early in 2003, Omni searched for land along the MA Route 2 corridor to develop apartments using the State’s Chapter 40B comprehensive permit law. Omni believed many regional and national developers would be attracted to a permitted apartment site in the Acton/Westford market and ultimately secured permits for one project consisting of 296 rental apartments and 64 condominiums in Acton and 84 rental apartments in Westford. In December of 2006, OMNI consummated a sale to AvalonBay who subsequently completed the project.


 

Knowledge Beginnings – Tewksbury

In the early 1990s, Omni purchased a partially developed office building on a derelict site. The purchase was made after Omni negotiated with Knowledge Beginnings to create a 20,000 square foot child care facility and the regional headquarters for the company.


 

Bright Horizons NewburyportBright Horizons

Omni developed two centers for Bright Horizons (Newburyport and Boxborough). In each case, Omni identified the site, obtained all of the entitlements, and executed a NNN lease with the tenant.

Cornerstone sign

Cornerstone Square – Westford MA

Cornerstone Square is a new 240,000 square foot retail/office development. Omni has been key in securing long term tenants for the 24,000 square foot Class A office building located in the center of the project. The project is located at the intersection of Routes 495 and 110 (Exit 32 Boston Road). Omni secured a long term lease for the anchor tenant, Family Eye Care, who occupies the 10,000 square feet on the first floor.
