Omni Development was the managing partner of FGR, a joint venture where Omni and an adjacent landowner each contributed land and soft costs to permit three projects on 56 acres of land at 15 Great Road in Littleton, MA. The projects included 144 apartments and 56 single family condominiums, both entitled under Chapter 40B. The third project was a 24-lot single family home subdivision. Omni formed a separate LLC to build and own the apartments while the condominiums and subdivision were sold to other developers. A wastewater treatment plant was designed and built to support all three projects.
