Metro Credit Union engaged Omni as their exclusive Development Consultant to assist with the expansion of branches in the Greater Boston Area. In the mid-2000′s Metro went through a brand change for their branches. Combining Omni’s development skills and Maugel Architect’s design, Metro’s brand branch was defined and built throughout the Metrowest area. Omni drafted and executed an RFP for all technical service professionals including General Contractors engaged in these projects.On each project Omni managed the construction process including but not limited to the financial review of project expenses, payment disbursement and construction inspections through the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
Omni was responsible in some or all of the above capacity for the Metro Credit Union locations in the following cities/towns: Tewksbury, Framingham, Lynn, Boston and Chelsea.
