Migis Hotel Group announces the highly anticipated opening of Forge & Vine, a destination restaurant set on 8.5 acres shared with The Groton Inn, a new 60-room luxury hotel that opened in May on Main Street in Groton, MA, just 35 miles from Boston.

You will sup heartily, though not adventurously, here in Groton. Prices are far more reasonable than what you’d encounter in the city; most entrees are under $25.

Groton metal artist and owner/operator of ‘Artisan Iron’ Ray Ciemny, fulfilled a commission for the Groton Inn, creating custom door handles for the soon-to-be-open Forge and Vine Restaurant at the Inn. The buzz has been building for a year over the anticipated reopening of the historic Groton Inn.

Migis Hotel Group will welcome a new boutique hotel to its portfolio of nine exclusive properties with the opening of The Groton Inn on May 3, 2018. Located on the charming Main Street of Groton, MA and just 35 miles from Boston, the gracious 60-room inn is poised to become one of the premiere lodging establishments in New England.

It was once a favorite of historical figures like Paul Revere. And for the first time since a fire nearly seven years ago, the Groton Inn will be open again.

TH Real Estate has found something to its liking here in suburban Boston’s western flank, the conquest a modern 144-unit multifamily community known as Village Green Apartments acquired from Omni Properties in an all-cash consideration of $38.3 million.

CBRE/New England said it handled the sale of a 64-unit apartment building in Tewksbury for $10.03 million.
