Minute Man Arc came to Omni Properties when they needed a new home for their non-profit organization that offers services to children and adults with disabilities in the towns surrounding Concord.
Omni was instrumental in locating a new home for the organization and securing a lease with an option to purchase.
The new home, located on Main St in Concord, is 28,000 square feet, houses the organizations headquarters and combines day habilitation, administration, and employment services.
Omni is proud to be a sponsor of many of the Minute Man Arc events.
