Cornerstone Square is a 240,000 square foot retail/office development. Omni was key in finding a tenant for the Class A office building located in the center of the project. The project sits at the intersection of Routes 495 and 110 (Exit 32 Boston Road). Omni secured a long-term lease for the anchor tenant, Family Eye Care, who occupies the 10,000 square feet on the first floor of the building.
